Where we deliver

The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg are free. France costs 120 euros. We do not deliver to islands or to the United Kingdom at the moment.

How long it takes

Every Tessel is made to order, so delivery takes 6 to 8 weeks from the day we receive your 30 percent deposit. When we confirm your quote we give you the exact week. A week before, we message you to agree a two-hour slot.

On the day

• Two people carry the boxes in, clip the modules together, fit the legs and place the sofa where you want it.
• They take all the packaging away.
• We bring the sofa to any floor. Tell us about stairs, narrow turns and lifts when you ask for your quote and we will check the route.
• A standard module box is no larger than 100 by 100 by 60 centimetres and weighs at most 38 kilograms. The chaise module is the biggest at 175 centimetres long and 41 kilograms.

The 30-day home trial

Live with it for 30 days. If it is not right, tell us in that time and we collect it for a flat 95 euros and refund everything else. Made-to-order sofas are the reason the collection fee exists: we cannot resell them as new. If the sofa is damaged or faulty, collection is free.

Changing or cancelling an order

You can change the fabric, the legs or the number of modules until we cut your fabric, which is usually two weeks after the deposit. After that we can still change the legs. If you cancel before the fabric is cut we refund the deposit minus 10 percent for the work already done.

Damage on arrival

Look the sofa over before the team leaves and tell them about anything you see. If you notice something later, email hello@furniture.phoenixcodes.org with a photograph within 14 days and we will repair or replace the part.

Warranty

Ten years on the beech frame, five years on the foam and two years on the fabric and stitching. It covers faults in materials and making. It does not cover ordinary wear, pets or accidents.
